Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. seeks an experienced professional in automotive operations to drive BIW part development after approvals, coordinate supplier panels, support vendor audits, drive RFQs, and submit commercial proposals to SSU for timely VOB closure.

The role includes managing PO releases and tracking FTG timelines through plant handover, aiming for MRD, QCD, and SOP readiness. Candidates should have 7–9 years of experience and hold a BE/B.Tech degree, preferably with automotive industry

Qualifications

• 7 to 9 years experience in automotive or related fields.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute BIW part development post Business Case/ROCM approval and WBS release.
• Initiate EVOB by coordinating supplier panel finalization with SSU.
• Support vendor audits, DFM and TSO closure with STA and cross‑functional teams.
• Drive RFQs, support quote evaluation, and complete quote synthesis.
• Submit commercial proposals to SSU and enable timely VOB closure.
• Facilitate PO and advance release for tooling and materials.
• Jointly track FTG timelines with STA, SCM and suppliers until plant handover.
• Ensure achievement of MRD, QCD targets and SOP readiness.
