Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a subject matter expert to support the Face and Fingerprint Biometrics (FFB) system, covering platform management, inquiry, incident, change, and project management.

The role requires 3–5 years IT operations experience, on-site work in Makati or Ortigas, and the ability to translate business requirements into backlog and guides SDLC processes. You will collaborate with vendors, develop dashboards, and contribute to system audits and training.

Qualifications

• Graduate of IT course or similar 4-year degree.
• Must have 3-5 years IT operations and maintenance experience.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati or Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert answering inquiries related to the FFB System.
• Receive requirements and convert them into product backlog within a traceability framework.
• Follow the bank's SDLC for analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and operation.
• Collaborate with vendor to ensure SDLC compliance and project alignment.
• Develop scripts, dashboards and modules for the platform.
• Handle inquiry, incident, change and project management tasks.
• Identify improvements and support system audits, testing and training.
