Qualifications

• Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Good observation, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Basic computer literacy is an advantage.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Observe and report any suspicious, fraudulent, or non-compliant activities.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient daily branch operations.
