Job summary

Binance Accelerator Programme - Institutional Sales (SEA) is an internship designed for early career talent. You will engage with global institutional and VIP clients from the Philippines, supporting relationship building and feedback loops for product teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales with clear KPI targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and processes.
• Ability to work autonomously within a sales team.
• Experience handling institutional or high-net-worth clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and develop trust with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP).
• Expand relationships with existing customers through ongoing communication and needs assessment.
• Design and refine key customer service processes and tracking systems; coordinate with internal teams for solutions and feedback.
• Analyze user behavior, identify needs, and produce reports to inform product feedback and service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients)
• Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs
• Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers
• Analysis of user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions and product feedback

Requirements

• Sales experience (customer acquisition/ origination), having had a clear sales KPI
• Familiar with the use of a CRM tool
• Worked autonomously within a sales team. Experience in working with regional sales teams and in attending and hosting events to acquire new customers.
• Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks and etc
• Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure
• Passionate about crypto. Industry experience would be of an advantage
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
