Job summary

Black & White Engineering invites graduates to join its MEPF BIM team as a BIM Trainee, gaining hands-on experience on real projects from day one. You'll support creating and managing Building Information Models, 3D models, drawings and documentation under guidance from experienced colleagues.

The programme offers structured training on Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM coordination, exposure to international BIM standards, and a clear career path within a global team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Sanitary, Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Basic knowledge of Revit or other BIM software.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to checking and QA.
• Good communication and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines with some autonomy.
• Genuine interest in developing BIM skills and staying current with industry developments.

Responsibilities

• Support development and management of Building Information Models for real projects.
• Work on 3D models, drawing production and project documentation with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Contribute to BIM coordination and ensure quality assurance.
