Job summary

WSP is seeking a BIM/CAD professional to deliver high-quality MEPF drawing documentation and lead a small team. The role involves producing BIM models in Revit MEP, coordinating with BIM managers and engineers, and ensuring adherence to CAD standards and QA processes.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Engineering and be progressing toward local engineering registration, with 4–8 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Working towards engineering registration within the jurisdiction is preferred.
• Experience with BIM/CAD standards and QA procedures is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality MEPF drawing documentation and manage the team.
• Coordinate with BIM Coordinator, Manila engineers, and BIM Manager.
• Produce BIM models for MEP services using Revit MEP and AutoCAD as needed.
• Prepare plant room layouts, sections, details, and coordinated drawings.
• Set priorities and deadlines for drawing/model production with project leaders.
• Input into engineering services coordination on projects.
• Develop general arrangement drawings from sketches and other drawings.
