WSP Manila Inc. in Manila is seeking a skilled BIM Technician to join the Power team, delivering high-quality design drafts and BIM documentation. You will work independently or with the team, applying Revit and CAD tools to meet project specifications and tight schedules while contributing to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Typically, 2–8 years’ experience.
• Experienced in providing key technical knowledge across a broad range of projects.
• Working knowledge of drafting & detailing skills.
• Working knowledge of Revit software.
• Working knowledge and understanding of 2D and 3D CAD software and how it applies.

Responsibilities

• Analyses client requirements for the design criteria and ensures all specifications are included.
• Coaches colleagues to use design tools and techniques and the identified design standards.
• Creates designs for non-standard, complex projects and applies technical expertise in new contexts.
• Implements quality control to ensure the design meets project requirements and documentation is kept up to date.
• Delivers 2D and 3D BIM documentation to meet WSP and client requirements.
