BIM Coordinator (Manila)

Job summary

EEI Power is seeking a BIM Coordinator to implement BIM workflows, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure model accuracy across large-scale projects in the Philippines.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in BIM coordination, strong knowledge of BIM standards, LOD 300–400, and the ability to integrate trade contractor designs into the federated model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in BIM coordination for large-scale projects.
• Advanced knowledge of BIM workflows and interoperability standards.
• Familiarity with construction sequencing and integration of trade contractor designs.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and ACC (Docs, Design Collaboration, Model Coordination).
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, BEP, and LOD specifications (LOD 300–400).
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement BIM workflows and enforce project protocols.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and document RFIs, submittals, and issue resolutions.
• Integrate trade contractor designs into the federated model and maintain updates for design changes.
• Support walkthroughs and visual checks for model accuracy and compliance.
