Job summary

METEC Consulting Engineers in Makati City, Philippines, is seeking a BIM/Revit specialist to join an international team delivering building services projects across Europe.

The role requires 3+ years BIM/Revit experience, Revit proficiency, and familiarity with BIM standards. Collaboration across disciplines and BEP compliance are essential for success in this hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of BIM/Revit experience.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit.
• Experience with Navisworks Manage is an advantage.
• Familiarity with BIM standards and workflows.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare detailed 3D models, drawings, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models (M,E,P, Structural, Architectural).
• Perform clash detection and assist in resolving coordination issues.
• Ensure BIM models comply with BEP and company standards.
• Update models based on design revisions and client comments.
• Generate schedules, quantities, and documentation from BIM models.
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams and participate in BIM coordination meetings when required.

Key Responsibilities
