Job summary

Shore360 is a 100% Australian-owned BPO firm in the Philippines, seeking a BIM Coordinator to develop and manage BIM models, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure BEP compliance and accurate documentation. The role involves evolving cmBuilder simulations for tender and construction phases, attending weekly meetings, and driving BIM workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of BIM implementation experience on commercial projects.
• Experience producing and coordinating BIM models across project stages.
• Proficiency in BEP interpretation and project documentation.
• Experience with model coordination and clash detection workflows.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Interpret construction methodologies and translate into cmBuilder simulations or BIM models.
• Develop, maintain, and coordinate BIM models through the project lifecycle.
• Attend weekly tender and coordination meetings via Microsoft Teams.
• Perform model coordination and participate in clash detection reviews.
• Analyze clash results and prepare reports with resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure BEP compliance and project drafting standards.
• Maintain document control and versioning of BIM files and docs.
• Assist in producing shop drawings and technical documentation.
• Review models for accuracy before submission.
• Support continuous BIM workflow improvements and standards.
