Job summary

Megawide Construction Corporation is seeking a BIM Modeler to develop and maintain 3D BIM models for complex projects in the Philippines. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy and resolve spatial conflicts across building systems.

The role requires producing construction documents, material takeoffs, and fabrication drawings, while maintaining BIM standards, version control, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain 3D models using BIM.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather project data and ensure model accuracy.
• Perform clash detection and resolve spatial conflicts between building systems.
• Generate construction documents, material takeoffs, and fabrication drawings.
• Maintain BIM documentation, version control, and file organization standards.
• Implement and uphold BIM execution plans and modeling protocols.
• Update models based on project changes, field data, or redline markups.
• Support quality control efforts and participate in coordination meetings.

Responsibilities
