Job summary

Systra Philippines is seeking a BIM Coordinator to manage, coordinate, and support BIM processes across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines, ensuring compliance with BIM standards and BEPs, and facilitating collaboration among project stakeholders.

You will monitor model quality, perform clash detection, and guide templates, workflows, and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle, with a focus on continuous improvement and training of team members.

Qualifications

Five or more years of BIM modelling on infrastructure or building projects.
Familiar with ISO 19650 information management principles.
Experience with federated models and clash-detection workflows.
Degree in engineering, architecture or digital engineering.
Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Coordinate BIM activities among architectural, structural, MEP, and other project disciplines.
Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project BIM standards.
Ensure adherence to BIM protocols and model quality.
Facilitate model exchanges and collaboration between stakeholders.
Provide BIM support and guidance to project teams.
Train project members on BIM workflows and software.
