Job summary

expanderinc is seeking a BIM Specialist to lead Building Information Modeling initiatives on construction and architectural projects in the Philippines. You will develop and maintain accurate digital models to improve collaboration and project outcomes.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors, run clash detection, generate construction documents from BIM models, and stay current with BIM technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
• Strong understanding of BIM methodologies.
• Experience in creating and managing 3D BIM models.
• Knowledge of clash detection and coordination.
• Familiarity with construction processes and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
