Job summary

BPH Builders Solutions in Angeles City, Pampanga, is hiring a Mechanical and Electrical BIM Modeler to support MEP BIM modeling tasks and deliver accurate models and drawings for coordinated project delivery.

This full-time hybrid role requires Revit expertise, AutoCAD linkage, and collaboration with multi-discipline teams; the candidate should have 2–3 years' experience and a degree in MEP or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Degree in MEP or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is required.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD for drawing linkage and cleanup.
• Knowledge of BIM requirements under Singapore standards is an advantage.
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Construct 3D mechanical and electrical models and prepare drawings using Autodesk Revit.
• Update 3D models based on the latest project information and maintain accurate shop drawings.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate design changes and resolve model challenges.
• Prepare BIM models for communication, visualization, and design decision-making.
• Ensure M&E designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Produce M&E combined-services drawings, builders' work drawings, and detailed shop drawings according to design criteria and specifications.
• Perform clash detection and support multidisciplinary coordination.
• Follow the BIM Execution Plan, BIM project workflows, content standards, and development procedures.
• Maintain proper drawing documentation and perform modeling quality control.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

About the role

The Mechanical and Electrical BIM Modeler will support mechanical and electrical BIM modeling tasks, producing accurate models and drawings for coordinated project delivery.

Work setup and schedule

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Angeles City, Pampanga. Monday to Thursday are onsite days. Friday and Saturday are work-from-home days. Saturday work is limited to 5 hours.
