Job summary

BPH Builders Solutions is seeking a BIM Modeler to provide support in BIM modeling tasks using REVIT and AutoCAD. The role involves constructing 3D models, updating models with the latest information, and coordinating design changes across disciplines.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Architecture/Structure with at least 2 years of experience and proficiency in REVIT. Knowledge of BIM standards and Singapore requirements is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk REVIT is a must.
• AutoCAD knowledge for drawing linkage and cleanup.

Responsibilities

• Construct 3D models and prepare drawings using REVIT.
• Update 3D model with latest information for accurate shop drawings.
• Collaborate with other disciplines on design changes and model challenges.
• Prepare BIM models to communicate, aid visualization and inform decisions.
• Ensure M&E designs comply with relevant codes and regulations.
• Perform clash detection and adhere to BIM Execution Plan.
