Job summary

FIT PIONEER RESOURCES SDN. BHD. seeks a BIM Coordinator to integrate design data for curtain wall and facade projects. You will lead coordination efforts, resolve clashes, and ensure BIM models follow BEP and project standards.

Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Navisworks, AutoCAD and BIM 360 is required, with a minimum of 3 years in architectural or curtain wall projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of BIM experience in architectural or curtain wall/façade projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Rhino and Grasshopper.
• Familiar with Navisworks, AutoCAD and BIM 360 collaboration tools.
• Solid understanding of BIM workflows and model coordination.

Job description

Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements, specifications, and industry standards.

Perform clash detection and coordinate design conflict resolution using Navisworks, Solibri, or similar software.

Utilise Rhino and Grasshopper for complex parametric modelling and detailed fabrication drawings, particularly for curtain wall systems.

Prepare construction drawings, schedules, material take-offs, and other technical documentation based on BIM models.

Generate coordination reports, model updates, and documentation for project teams and stakeholders.

Lead BIM coordination meetings with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.

Coordinate between design and site teams to ensure effective communication and accurate information exchange.

Support project teams by resolving technical and coordination issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Review BIM models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project standards.

Promote BIM best practices to enhance project efficiency and model quality.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of BIM experience, preferably in architectural or curtain wall/façade-related projects.

Strong proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Grasshopper.
