Artelia Philippines is seeking a skilled MEP BIM Modeler to develop and maintain Revit-based BIM models for projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Drafting, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years BIM modeling experience for MEP systems.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and Common Data Environments (CDE).
• Experience with project documentation and scheduling.
• Proactive problem solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MEP BIM models in Revit per project requirements.
• Produce construction documents: plans, layouts, sections, schedules, details.
• Coordinate BIM with architecture, structure and engineering disciplines to resolve clashes.
• Perform model reviews and QA checks for accuracy and compliance.
• Integrate revisions and coordination comments into BIM deliverables.
• Manage BIM data and file exchanges via Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Support clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination activities.
• Collaborate with BIM Coordinators, Engineers, Design Leads, and Project Managers throughout project delivery.

POSITION PURPOSE

We are seeking a skilled MEP BIM Modeler to develop and maintain Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) BIM models using Autodesk Revit. This role supports local and international projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, industrial, and infrastructure sectors by delivering accurate BIM models, construction documentation, and project coordination deliverables.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

• Develop and maintain MEP BIM models in Autodesk Revit in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.
• Produce construction documentation, including plans, layouts, sections, schedules, details, and drawing packages.
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and engineering disciplines to resolve design conflicts.
• Perform model reviews, audits, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Integrate design revisions, markups, and coordination comments into BIM deliverables.
• Manage BIM data, model collaboration, and file exchanges through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Support clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination activities.
• Collaborate closely with BIM Coordinators, Engineers, Design Leads, and Project Managers throughout project delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of BIM modeling and construction documentation experience focused on MEP systems.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, model coordination processes, and Common Data Environments (CDE).
• Knowledge of MEP systems, engineering drawings, and building services coordination.
• Experience delivering BIM models and project documentation within established timelines.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused mindset
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Experience with Scan-to-BIM and point cloud modeling is an advantage
