Job summary

Artelia Philippines is seeking a skilled MEP BIM Modeler to develop and maintain Revit-based BIM models for projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. The role supports local and international assignments, delivering accurate models, construction documentation, and coordination deliverables.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Drafting, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years BIM modeling experience for MEP systems.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and Common Data Environments (CDE).
• Experience with project documentation and scheduling.
• Proactive problem solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MEP BIM models in Revit per project requirements.
• Produce construction documents: plans, layouts, sections, schedules, details.
• Coordinate BIM with architecture, structure and engineering disciplines to resolve clashes.
• Perform model reviews and QA checks for accuracy and compliance.
• Integrate revisions and coordination comments into BIM deliverables.
• Manage BIM data and file exchanges via Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Support clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination activities.
• Collaborate with BIM Coordinators, Engineers, Design Leads, and Project Managers throughout project delivery.
