Job summary

Megawide Construction Corporation is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support model preparation and coordination across multiple departments. The role involves gathering plans and data, creating 3D BIM models, and coordinating data reports for excavation projects.

You will ensure proper storage and organization of BIM assets, generates required reports for senior management, and maintains structured views, sheets, and print sets across projects.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather information such as plans, elevations, sections, specifications and related data in preparation of the BIM model.
• Generate 3D BIM model based on approved content for coordination meetings with other departments.
• Prepare and submit the Coordination Data Report before excavation works, coordinating with other disciplines.
• Secure all BIM models, presentations, reports and documents in the project Storage System.
• Prepare reports and documents required by the Head/Management.
• Organize views, sheets, drawing lists and print sets.
