Job summary

VIATechnik Inc. in the Philippines seeks a skilled engineer to develop constructible 3D models and ensure they can be built on site.

Follow the playbook, conduct clash detection, produce detailed coordination drawings, and collaborate with the Project Manager to deliver projects on schedule.

Proficiency in BIM tools such as Civil 3D, Navisworks and Revit, plus basic plan reading across Civil, Structural, Architecture and MEPF is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• Proficient in BIM software such as Civil 3D.
• Basic plan reading across Civil/Structural/MEP.
• Familiar with Navisworks and Revit.
• Solid principles of Engineering and Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to playbook, standards, and project checklist.
• Develop 3D models as required for project tasks.
• Ensure models are constructable in the field.
• Perform clash detection and coordination.
• Produce detailed coordination drawings.
• Calculate cut/fill volumes and related civil tasks.
• Collaborate with Project Manager.
• Draft feasibility studies and blueprints.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Submit project work by deadline.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
