Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Revit experience in MEP or MEPF construction

We're looking for a detail-driven BIM Engineer with strong mechanical and ductwork experience to join our team in Makati. You will produce fully coordinated shop drawings in Revit and CAD, lead multi-trade coordination, and communicate directly with Australian project teams. If you have a background in HVAC fabrication or mechanical duct detailing, and you're confident working in Revit to produce fabrication-ready shop drawings, this role is built for you.

What You'll Do

Drawing Production

• Produce fully detailed, coordinated shop drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
• Convert design drawings and specifications into accurate fabrication-ready outputs
• Detail duct layouts, duct sizing, hangers, supports, and penetrations to fabrication level
• Perform basic material and calculations
• Ensure all drawings comply with Australian Standards and project specifications

Project Coordination

• Lead multi-trade coordination meetings and clash detection sessions using Navisworks
• Coordinate duct routing and clash resolution across MEP disciplines
• Liaise directly with Australian builders, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Manage drawing registers and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
• Guide and review the work of junior drafters

Team & Communication

• Submit weekly drawing registers and attend project coordination meetings
• Close out emails, RFIs, and project updates promptly
• Report design issues early and clearly
• Mentor junior BIM staff on Revit workflows and drawing standards

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on Revit experience in MEP or MEPF construction
• 5+ years of mechanical shop drawing production experience, with a strong focus on mechanical systems and duct detailing
• Strong background in HVAC duct fabrication, knowledge of duct materials, fittings, gauges, and fabrication methods is a major advantage
• Proficient in Navisworks; experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar platforms is a plus
• Able to read and interpret mechanical design drawings, specifications, and Australian Standards
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, as you will interact directly with Australian clients and project managers
• Experience coordinating across multiple trades in a live construction or fabrication environment
