Job summary

Alftek is seeking a Digital Delivery Engineer I (BIM) in Bengaluru, India to support project teams through BIM model development, model maintenance, and quality reviews. You will contribute to coordination workflows on North American projects, building expertise in digital delivery for major projects.

The role targets an early-career engineer with a focus on creating accurate models, coordinating disciplines, and contributing to continuous improvement in BIM processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 1–3 years supporting BIM, VDC, or Digital Delivery projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; understanding of BIM principles and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Revit models from design drawings and project documentation.
• Create deliverables including plans, sections, elevations, and schedules.
• Update models throughout design and construction phases.
• Perform model reviews to identify inconsistencies and quality issues; support QA/QC processes.
