Job summary

Crimson Group, Inc. is seeking a BIM Coordinator in Makati, Philippines, responsible for coordinating and reflecting Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across multidisciplinary project teams. You'll ensure the accurate development, integration, and maintenance of BIM models while supporting project delivery and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of BIM experience within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
• Proficient or knowledgeable in Revit and Autocad software.

Responsibilities

• Produce BIM models with accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
• Prepare BIM coordination reports, presentations and progress updates.
• Facilitate collaboration between architectural, structural, and MEPF teams involved with the project.
