Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a BIM Coordinator in Pasay City, Philippines for a hybrid dayshift role. You will run model coordination, perform QA, manage data, and support GIS integration and automation efforts.

Experience with Australian infrastructure projects and BIM standards is preferred, with proficiency in Navisworks, Revit, Revizto, and scripting tools. The team emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and career growth within a flexible, inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

• Experience on Australian infrastructure or building projects.
• Understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM standards.
• Basic scripting knowledge (Dynamo, Python).
• Familiarity with GIS platforms and spatial data formats.
• Experience with data (Excel, GIS, scripting).
• Familiar with BIM workflows (Navisworks, Revit, Revizto).

Responsibilities

• Run model coordination and clash detection using industry tools.
• Perform model exports/imports including IFC mapping.
• Conduct model QA and ensure project standards compliance.
• Use Revizto to manage and close coordination issues.
• Populate and QA metadata within models.
• Create and edit Excel spreadsheets for data tracking/reporting.
• Support GIS tasks and spatial data integration.
• Assist with scripting/automation to improve workflows.
• Contribute to project documentation aligned with ISO 19650.
