Job summary

TP Bennett Bluehaus in Manila is seeking an experienced Architecture BIM Author to join our team. The role focuses on developing coordinated BIM models across multidisciplinary projects, delivering project documentation, and supporting timely delivery.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of BIM modelling experience, strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, and a solid understanding of BIM standards including ISO 19650. Collaboration with architecture, interior design and engineering teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BIM modelling experience, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; Navisworks and Dynamo are advantageous.

As TP Bennett Bluehaus continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Architecture BIM Author to join our Manila team.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys technical excellence, collaborative working and delivering accurate, coordinated BIM models across multidisciplinary projects.

We're looking for someone with:

• 5+ years' experience in BIM modelling or a similar role


• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (Navisworks and Dynamo are an advantage)


• A solid understanding of BIM standards, including ISO 19650


• Excellent attention to detail and a collaborative approach to project delivery

Working closely with our architecture, interior design and engineering teams, you'll help develop coordinated BIM models, produce project documentation and support the delivery of projects across the Middle East.
