Job summary

Optum in the Philippines is seeking a Supervisor to lead a team of Financial Clearance professionals, driving operational excellence in patient access and revenue cycle outcomes. You will manage staff development, scheduling, SLA performance, and client communications to meet business objectives.

This on-site role requires at least 5 years of healthcare RCM experience and 2 years in people leadership; the team operates across Quezon City, Makati, Alabang, Cebu or Davao.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management experience or healthcare account experience.
• Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience in Financial Clearance, Patient Access, or Revenue Cycle Operations.
• Willing to work on-site in Quezon City, Makati, Alabang, Cebu or Davao.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Financial Clearance associates.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and SLA performance.
• Conduct performance management activities, coaching sessions, and career development discussions.
• Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and staffing requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational and client-related escalations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, payer requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive client satisfaction and business objectives.
• Support change management efforts and continuous improvement programs.
