Lead a team of Financial Clearance professionals to achieve operational excellence, drive performance, and ensure high-quality patient access and revenue cycle outcomes. The Supervisor is responsible for team management, staff development, workforce planning, SLA compliance, client communication, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Financial Clearance associates.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and service level agreement (SLA) performance.
- Conduct performance management activities, coaching sessions, and career development discussions.
- Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and staffing requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational and client-related escalations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, payer requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive client satisfaction and business objectives.
- Support change management efforts and continuous improvement programs.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience or healthcare account experience.
- Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience in Financial Clearance, Patient Access, or Revenue Cycle Operations.
- Willing to work on-site in Quezon City, Makati, Alabang, Cebu or Davao.
