Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale Financial Clearance and Patient Access operations, driving strategic performance, client satisfaction, operational excellence, and talent development while ensuring compliance and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across multiple Financial Clearance teams and operational functions.
• Lead and develop leaders, supervisors, and frontline management teams to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Drive performance management initiatives focused on quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for operational reviews, escalations, and business discussions.
• Oversee Financial Clearance operations, including insurance verification, prior authorization, financial counseling, and patient access functions.
• Manage operational budgets, resource planning, and workforce optimization strategies.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and organizational policies.
• Analyze business and operational performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement, transformation, and process optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience or healthcare account experience.
• Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience managing healthcare operations.
• Proven experience leading large-scale healthcare operations supporting Financial Clearance and Patient Access functions.
• Willing to work on-site in Quezon City, Makati, Alabang, Cebu or Davao.
