Lead a team of healthcare billing professionals to achieve operational targets, ensure billing accuracy, improve revenue cycle performance, and deliver exceptional client service through effective coaching, performance management, and process improvement initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily healthcare billing operations to ensure productivity, quality, and compliance standards are met
• Lead, coach, and develop billing specialists to achieve individual and team performance goals
• Monitor billing, claims submission, claims follow-up, denials management, and accounts receivable (AR) processes
• Manage staffing, workload distribution, workforce planning, and schedule adherence
• Review operational metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement and revenue enhancement
• Handle escalated billing issues, complex claims, and client concerns
• Ensure adherence to payer requirements, regulatory guidelines, and company policies
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and employee development activities
• Prepare and present operational reports to leadership and clients
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve billing efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re‑assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of healthcare RCM experience or Healthcare account experience
• 2+ years of people leadership experience in Financial Clearance, Patient Access, or Revenue Cycle operations
• Experience managing productivity, quality, and SLA performance
• Solid knowledge of:
  • Insurance Verification
  • Prior Authorization
  • Benefits Investigation
  • Financial Counseling
  • Revenue Cycle Metrics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
• Proven solid coaching and employee development skills
