Asia Cargo in Manila is seeking a Billing Staff to support the finance team with accurate invoicing and timely debt collection.

You will collaborate with finance and operations to maintain accounts receivable, ensure customers are billed correctly for services, and issue invoices by mail or electronically. The role also involves maintaining records and handling payment reminders, with opportunities for growth in a busy logistics environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Minimum 1 year work experience in accounting or billing.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with finance and operations to maintain accounts receivable.
• Ensure customers are billed correctly for services offered.
• Issue invoices and distribute them electronically or by mail.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions.
• Request payment of pending debts in a firm yet considerate manner.
• Keep accurate records such as templates and Excel files for the accounts.
• Prepare and submit statements.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
