Job summary

Noventiq Philippines is seeking a Billing Specialist to join our Finance team. You will create, verify, and distribute invoices based on contracts and purchase orders, and ensure accurate pricing, quantities, and terms.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and at least 2 years in billing or AR, with strong Excel skills and experience in Netsuite, excellent attention to detail, and solid communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• 2+ years in billing, accounts receivable, or similar role.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with Netsuite.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and organization.
• Solid problem-solving abilities to resolve billing issues.

Responsibilities

• Invoice creation and distribution based on contracts and purchase orders.
• Data verification for accuracy of pricing, quantities, and terms.
• Process and record customer payments via multiple methods.
• Address and resolve billing inquiries and disputes promptly.
• Maintain accurate billing records for audits.
• Generate reports on billing activities and AR summaries.
• Update customer info in ERP systems and collaborate with teams.
