Healthy Innovation Distribution Inc. in Pasig is seeking a Billing Clerk on-site to support billing operations. Fresh graduates are welcome; you will retrieve Sales Orders from customer portals or emails and issue accurate invoices following company policies.

Responsibilities include coordinating with other departments to resolve discrepancies, encoding Sales Orders, and ensuring timely distribution of invoices and related documents to keep orders moving smoothly.

• Experience in billing and invoicing is a plus but not required.

Job Description

Billing Clerk - responsible for retrieving or generating Sales Order thru customers portals or emails, issuing and reviewing invoices for accuracy, completeness and adherence to company policies. Interacting with other department to address billing inquiries, to clarify and resolving any discrepancies related to sales orders received.

To lessen or zero out unserved PO’s due to overlook cancellation date, retrieval of PO’s, incorrect details

• Retrieval of Sales Order from customer’s portal, emails, copy from the Sales Representative.
• Checking the details, the accuracy of the sales orders such as the cancellation date, the price, the discounts applied.
• Collaborating to other department for any discrepancies and other related issues.
• Encoding of Sales Orders, preparing Picking List and printing of Sales Invoices

To ensure on time distribution or release of PO’s (Customer’s Sales Order) and Invoices / DR’s / CDR’s to other department

• Encoding of Sales Orders, preparing Picking List and printing of Sales Invoices.
• Preparing the complete set of invoices/DRs/CDRs

To check the completeness of all issued invoices / DRs /CDRs .

• Checking, receiving and filing of returned invoices, DR’s, CDRs
• To update the POMO upon receiving of returned invoices
