Responsibilities

• Manage preparation and send-out of billing.
• Manage payroll vs billing reconciliations and payroll inputs.
• Billing preparation with supporting documents.
• Collaborate with Sales or Operations to resolve billing disputes.
• End-to-end monitoring, record keeping, and follow-up collection.
• Review AR aging daily/weekly to identify overdue accounts.
• Back-up payroll process in the absence of payroll officer.

1.Manage Preparation and Send-out of Billing

2. Manage Payroll vs Billing Reconciliations:Review and double-check all necessary payroll inputs, including Daily Time Records, 13th month pay, Service Incentive Leave, government statutory benefits, and employee changes (new hires, terminations, raises) related to Billing data entry.

3. Billing Preparation: Issue billing statements of Services, Sold-out Supplies Charges, and Equipment’s Rental Charges with supporting documents

4.Collaborate with other departments (like Sales or Operations) to investigate and resolve any internal or customer-reported billing disputes, concerns, and discrepancies.

5.Manage End to End Monitoring, Record Keeping, and Follow-up Collection (Ensure Timely Payment)

6.Accounts Monitoring:Review and analyze the Accounts Receivable (AR) Aging Report daily or weekly to identify overdue and delinquent accounts.

7.Other Task:

Back up End to End Audit Checking of1. Payroll summary2. Disbursement Voucher and attachments

Back-up Payroll Process in the absence of Payroll Officer
