You will collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, drive automation, and provide actionable insights. The role requires strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems and BI tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in billing, pricing, financial operations, or reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with reconciliations, financial data, and vendor operations.
• Prefer SQL, Python, and data analysis capabilities; BI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing, pricing, and reconciliations with high accuracy.
• Analyze vendor pricing, contracts, and financial data to resolve discrepancies.
• Generate scheduled and ad-hoc reports across regions and build dashboards.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as a key contact for process-related queries and SOP adherence.
