Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field (Business Admin, Accounting, Finance)
• Preferably 1 year of experience in accounting or billing
• Experience with petty cash handling and invoicing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor petty cash funds
• Record and reconcile petty cash transactions with proper documentation
• Prepare, generate, and issue billing statements and invoices to clients
• Receive, review, and process trucking and delivery billings from truckers and service providers
