• Communicate effectively with customers, billers, and internal teams to resolve inquiries.
• Provide timely updates to the escalations-payments team or team lead regarding payment status.
• Maintain accurate records of all bill payments and related transactions.
• Ensure documentation is ready for audit purposes and management review.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to bill processing.
• Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
