Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Analyst - Contract to Billing to manage invoicing, credit notes, and contract/project setup. The role involves booking accruals, supporting audits, and completing month-end close tasks with tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have a Finance/Accounting degree and 1-3 years of accounting experience, plus strong Excel and PeopleSoft skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting preferred.
• 1-3 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoice creation & credit notes in defined timelines.
• Creation of contract & project records.
• Booking of accruals in sub module & reconciliation.
• Support internal and external audit processes, respond to auditor requests and inquiries within defined timelines as required.
• Month-end close activities.
• Proactively communicate with business teams to resolve queries and build partnerships with stakeholders.
• Assist with special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as required.
