Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Billing and Collection at Supervisory or Assistant Manager level.
• Experience with Netsuite or Oracle software preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or similar field is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead on achieving Financial and Operational Targets related to Billing & Collection.
• Ensure timely and accurate production of billing.
• Oversee daily collection efforts and implement strategies.
• Point of contact for escalated inquiries.
• Streamline and implement process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and policies.
• Stay current with industry best practices.
• Manage Billing-related portions of corporate projects.
• Support month-end close and audits.
• Monitor and review Accounts Receivable balance.
