Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with AP and AR transactions
• Prepare and monitor billing, invoices, collections, and payment records
• Record and maintain accounting transactions and supporting documents
• Assist in bank reconciliations and account reconciliation
• Monitor expenses, cash advances, and liquidations
• Assist in preparing financial and accounting reports
• Ensure proper filing and organization of accounting documents
• Coordinate with other departments regarding billing, payments, and collections
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned
