Job summary

AS White Global is hiring a Medical Billing Specialist to support revenue cycle operations and claims management. You will enter charges, verify services, apply correct CPT codes, and help drive accurate time billing with Practice Suite.

Based in Manila (BGC, Taguig), you will work on-site Monday–Friday, aligning with US Central Time (4pm–1am, PHT). Training hours are 9pm–6am PHT, after which shifts follow the same schedule. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Select appropriate billing codes and modifiers from the master fee schedule.
• Manage a high volume of claims.
• Submit claims using HCFA forms to vendors.

Key Criteria

• Proven experience in medical billing and claims management, with strong knowledge of billing codes, modifiers, and submission processes (CPT codes a plus).
• Proficient in Excel and/or billing software such as Practice Suite.
• Able to manage high-volume billing with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Skilled at multitasking, prioritizing, and maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented in all billing and data-entry tasks.

Work setup:
