Job summary

Jevant Technologies is seeking an Accounting Staff / Billing Staff to join our finance team in South Triangle, Quezon City. This full-time role supports day-to-day accounting functions and billing activities, ensuring accurate records and timely invoicing for clients.

You will handle transactions, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end tasks while maintaining compliant records. We value accuracy, integrity, and professional communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or billing in a small to medium-sized practice or organisation.
• Strong proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data entry and financial reporting.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently whilst maintaining accuracy.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Processing and recording financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Preparing and verifying billing invoices for clients and ensuring accuracy of charges.
• Reconciling accounts and identifying discrepancies or errors.
• Maintaining detailed and organised financial records and documentation.
• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Following up on outstanding invoices and payment collections.
• Preparing financial reports and supporting documentation as required.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Liaising with clients regarding billing queries and resolving issues professionally.
• Supporting the accounting team with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Utilising accounting software and maintaining spreadsheets to track financial data.
