POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Bilingual Telephone Sales Representative who is fluent in English and Spanish to engage customers, identify needs, recommend products, and close sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences in both languages.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls in English and Spanish.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products and services that provide value.
• Explain features, pricing, and promotional offers.
• Address customer questions and overcome objections confidently.
• Process orders and accurately document customer interactions.
• Meet or exceed established sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and confidentiality requirements.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.

• Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience.
• Ability to type at least 20 words per minute.

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS

• One year of bilingual sales, customer service, inside sales, retail sales, or contact centre experience.
• Experience meeting sales targets and working in a commission or incentive-based environment.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

• Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
• Must be willing to submit up to a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprint. Offers contingent on results.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally be required to move around the office, reach in any direction, raise or lower objects or move objects from place to place, and may need to lift or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
