Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin required).
• Experience with defect tracking systems such as Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft development tools, especially Visual Studio and VScode is a plus.
• C# experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of Microsoft Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code across various platforms and configurations.
• Design and execute test cases based on product specifications and user stories.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues using standard defect tracking tools.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure product quality.
• Participate in test planning, requirement analysis, and test case reviews.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve product usability and performance.
• Support Chinese-language documentation and communication as needed
