iOPEX Technologies Phil is seeking a bilingual German Specialist to join our onsite team in BGC, Taguig. You will engage with German-speaking customers by phone and accurately document case notes while maintaining a customer-first approach.

The role requires fluency in German and English, willingness to work night shifts, and a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced support environment. This is a full-time onsite position with shifting schedules.
