Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Delivers best in class customer service via inbound and outbound calls.
• Communicates pipeline status updates to Home Lending Advisors and customers.
• Discusses loan terms with customers and assists with loan signing timelines.
• Maintains accurate records in the system and communication logs.
