Fluency in both English and Russian is required along with prior call center experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written).
• Previous Customer Service or Call Center experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace.
• Availability to work during PST business hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Assist clients with insurance-related questions and requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and text.
• Follow up with clients regarding documentation and policy updates.
• Accurately enter and maintain customer information in company systems.
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
