Job summary

This role supports end-to-end compliant handling of quality information, with responsibilities spanning data entry, follow-up communication, and delivery of customer letters.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, has 0–2 years in medical device quality or regulatory roles, and can communicate in English and Japanese (N4+).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required for this role.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience or related role within the Medical Device industry (Regulatory and Quality role).
• Able to communicate in both English and Japanese (N4 or above certification) as the role will require communication with stakeholders from Japan.

Responsibilities

• Entering incoming potential compliant information into designated complaint handling system.
• Executing attempts for follow-up information.
• Delivery customer letters.
• Other processes in complaint handling.
