Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an Associate Quality Systems Specialist for the Regional Quality team, located at BGC, Taguig City, Philippines. The role involves end-to-end compliant handling, including communication with stakeholders in Japan and internal teams, primarily via written channels.

You will enter complaint information, follow up for details, and prepare customer letters as part of the process. A Bachelor’s degree and bilingual capabilities are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience or related role within the Medical Device industry (Regulatory and Quality role).
• Able to communicate in both English and Japanese (N4 or above certification) as the role will require communication with stakeholders from Japan.

Responsibilities

• Entering incoming potential complaint information into designated complaint handling system.
• Executing attempts for follow-up information.
• Delivery customer letters.
• Other processes in complaint handling
