Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, SCM, or related field preferred.
• Experience in supplier sourcing, negotiation, purchasing, and order monitoring.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and delivery.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and related documents.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers on orders, quotations, specs, and concerns.
• Maintain records of suppliers, quotations, orders, and transactions.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and cost savings.
• Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing requirements.
• Handle supplier inquiries and procurement issues.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and partners as needed.
