Job summary

NTT Global Networks is seeking a network-focused professional to join a team of experts handling network support, problem management and proactive performance monitoring. You will help design, implement and improve advanced network services and liaise with Japanese-speaking clients.

The role requires bilingual communication, a passion for networking and willingness to explore SDN/NFV, cloud infra, virtualization and related technologies to enhance system capabilities.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Japanese and English with strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering or equivalent.
• Interest in SDN/NFV/SD-WAN and cloud infrastructure technology.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the innovation and evolution of NTT Global Networks systems and tools.
• Design and deliver advanced Network Services.
• Serve as the primary contact for Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Translate and interpret between Japanese and English for business communications.
• Develop proof of concept for new technologies.
• Push for aggressive implementation of network requirements for functionality and quality.
• Define infrastructure standards, perform performance analysis and benchmarking.
• Collaborate with GOC Operations to understand network best practices.
