Job summary

BHP Group is seeking an Analyst Material Planning (Spanish Speaker) to monitor and manage inventory supporting our operations at BGC Taguig. The role requires collaboration across Inventory teams and regional stakeholders to ensure parts availability aligns with Work Order scheduling.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and strong English/Spanish communication, plus experience with SAP and work order management in a complex environment. This is a fixed-term position.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze and manage inventory to support operations.
• Ensure conformance with company Charter and policies.
• Collaborate with Inventory and other teams to optimize material availability.
• Review item requests and coordinate transfers to align with work orders.
• Coordinate expedited material delivery when schedules change.
• Coach end users on inventory planning processes.
• Engage with regional stakeholders to review parts availability.
• Support preparation of KPI reporting.
• Assist Lead Inventory Planner and improve procedures.
